But here are some starting points...
STARTING POINT - MOST INDOOR SITUATIONS
Pointing the light 45 degrees forward gives a great hair light. This also directs light behind your subject and lights up the background.
EXAMPLE IMAGE - ISO 400 1/90sec F1.4
ALTERNATIVE POSITION - STRAIGHT UP
In some situations, you may want to point the LS2PJ straight up. For example, this image was taken indoors with 12 foot ceilings.
As with all lighting situations, experiment in different ceiling heights and ambient brightness conditions to see what works for you!
